PJ Masks Themed Birthday Party
The latest craze for preschool aged kids…PJ MASKS! So, of course, this was the theme Logan wanted for his 4th Birthday Party! Since this is a new show, theme specific toys and party supplies aren’t out yet. We took this on, as a fun challenge, to do DIY projects to pull off the theme! Red, blue, and green were carried out throughout the decor, to represent the main characters, Owlette, Cat Boy, and Gecko!
Upon entering the party, Logan’s friends were asked to “Choose A Hero”. They got to pick out a superhero cape, so they could transform into their favorite PJ Masks character! Masks were set out, on each table, so the kids could color superhero masks, to help with their transformation.
The central focus was on the cake and treat display! A backdrop, with crepe paper, ribbon and a chalkboard paper pendant, made the display fun and festive. Balloons, with hand made masks, framed the display. Logan’s favorite part of every party is the cake! So, a 3 tiered PJ Masks cake sat front and center! Hand dipped chocolate pretzels and marshmallows, as well as color coordinating candy, filled felt PJ Masks containers. Treat bags, with labels thanking Logan’s friends for coming, gave kids the opportunity to take some treats home, along with their PJ Masks capes!
A balloon artist completed the party, by creating fun balloon art. This allowed the kids to take their imaginations to the next level, as they were pretending to be superheroes! Needless to say, Logan and his friends had a great time and he is already talking about his next birthday party!
