We had the pleasure of hosting a wedding planning seminar with some of the best vendors in town this February. We collaborated with The Athletic Club of Columbus and Bloomtastic to come up with a team of vendors that could provide valuable information and tips to engaged couples. Our theme was Pop, Fizz, Clink & Plan - our couples enjoyed champagne, light hors d’oeuvres, cake samples, a hot chocolate bar and late night bites while mingling with our vendors before the presentations. We created a tuscan table meant to inspire with a different design at every place setting along with a mock ceremony space to showcase what the club has to offer.

Occasionally Custom provided all the stationary items including a variety of menu samples and our champagne glass escort cards, Aperture Photo took these great photos and Jan Kish of La Petite Fleur showed off her sabering skills and lovely cake designs. Matt Ryan was our resident DJ and Bloomtastic provided the floral arrangements. StR Events along with Emily at the Athletic Club created the overall design with rentals from Lasting Impressions.

We had some great examples of guest welcome bags for our couples too - they were filled with goodies from Big Al’s Popcorn, Katy’s Kandies and Jenny’s Tasty Treats. We also included adorable little candles and matches from The Candle Lab, Avitae water and tips for creating the perfect welcome bag. Let’s not forget those fantastic cake pops from Sadie Baby Sweets!

We hope all the couples walked away with some great information, guidance and inspiration for their big day!
